Westminster Swim Team has a strong start to the season

The Westminster Swim Team opened their season Tuesday night at Cullman, competing against Cullman, Madison County, and John Paul II.  Westminster was the class of the meet and started the season with a 3-0 record, as the men outscored their three opponents by a combined score of 183-45, while the women outscored their opponents 197-34.

The Westminster Girl’s Swim team won the 6A/7A State Championship in Auburn on Saturday for the 4th year in a row! Your Wildcats stunned the 6A-7A swimming world, beating the nearest challenger, Auburn High School, by over 100 points, 290 to 181. Girls Swim Team wins Sectionals

Westminster swimmers and diver competed at the Sectional 6A-7A Championships over the weekend, and the Girls crushed the opposition in winning 9 of the 11 events and running away with the Sectional Title!
